How do installers place an order?
Installers place orders directly through the website after creating a free account. Each product page includes a custom order form where dimensions are submitted based on the selected SKU. Cabinets are manufactured exactly to the dimensions provided.
Do I need to be a Verified Installer to place an order?
No. Verification is not required to place orders. Any installer can create an account and submit orders. Verification provides additional benefits but is optional.

Are drawings provided for custom orders?
Yes. Once an order is submitted you will receive a drawings request form. Drawings are created and issued as a PDF for review.
- Drawings are $100 per room
- Installers may request changes during the drawing phase
- Final production begins only after written sign-off
Can changes be made after ordering?
Yes. Changes can be made during the drawing phase only. Once drawings are approved and signed off, the order is locked and cannot be modified.
Who is responsible for final measurements?
The installer is fully responsible for final measurements. Cabinets are manufactured exactly to the dimensions approved in the final drawings.
If cabinets are built according to signed-off drawings, responsibility for fit rests with the installer.
What is the average turn around time for manufacturing and delivery
Average turnaround time is 10–15 business days, including manufacturing and delivery.
How are cabinets delivered?
- Job-site delivery is standard
- Cabinets are hand delivered
- Delivery drivers unload and bring cabinets into the home
- Cabinets arrive pre-assembled
No special unloading equipment is required.

What happens if an error occurs?
- Errors caused by manufacturing defects or approved drawing discrepancies will be reviewed by the support team
- Errors resulting from approved dimensions or installer measurements are the installer’s responsibility

Consumers can request a quote using the quote form available on each product page. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and the ordering process will move forward through a qualified installer.
Can I order cabinets directly from the website?
Consumers cannot place orders directly through the website. Orders are completed through registered installers to ensure accurate measurements and proper ordering.
Do I have to use a Verified Installer?
No. You are not required to use a Verified Installer. You may work with your own installer or contractor of choice.
R2Ro accepts installer accounts only, as installers are responsible for submitting final measurements and approving drawings prior to production.
Are R2Ro cabinets custom or pre-made?
All R2Ro cabinets are custom made to order. Each cabinet is built specifically to the approved dimensions for your project.
What can be customized?
Customization options vary by product and may include:
- Cabinet width(on select units)
- Cabinet depth(on select units)
- Cabinet height (on select units)
Your installer will confirm available options during the quoting and drawing process.

Final measurements must be provided by the installer. For this reason, only installers can register for free accounts and place orders.
This ensures cabinets are built accurately and fit as intended.

Yes. Drawings are created and provided for review prior to manufacturing. Changes can be made during this stage before final approval is given.

What materials are used?
R2Ro cabinets are constructed from furniture-grade particle melamine, available in white or maple depending on the product. Cabinets feature durable joinery and fully finished interiors.
Are cabinet interiors finished?
Yes. Cabinet and door interiors are fully finished for a clean and consistent interior appearance.
How are cabinets delivered?
Cabinets are delivered pre-assembled, palletized, and brought into the home.
