Terms and Conditions
Last updated: [Jan 27, 2026]
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Room to Room Cabinets website (“R2Ro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and all related services, including account creation, ordering, drawings, manufacturing, delivery, and support.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using any R2Ro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
Only installers, contractors, and approved business users may create ordering accounts. Homeowners may request quotes but cannot place orders directly through the website.
Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and for all activity conducted under their account credentials.
R2Ro reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Products and Custom Orders
All R2Ro cabinets are custom made to order based on dimensions and specifications submitted by the user.
Because all products are custom manufactured:
· All sales are final
· Custom orders are non-refundable
· Products cannot be returned or exchanged
R2Ro does not produce stock or off-the-shelf cabinetry.
Measurements and Accuracy
The individual placing the order is solely responsible for:
· Providing accurate measurements
· Confirming specifications
· Reviewing and approving drawings
R2Ro is not responsible for incorrect measurements, site conditions, appliance dimensions, or installation issues.
Once drawings are approved, the order is considered final and released for production.
Drawings and Approvals
After an order is submitted, cabinet drawings are prepared and provided for review.
Users may request changes during the drawing phase. Production does not begin until drawings are approved.
Once drawings are approved:
· No further changes can be made
· Responsibility for accuracy transfers to the approving party
· The order becomes locked for manufacturing
Drawing fees are non-refundable.
Payments and Deposits
A deposit is required before production begins. Orders will not be released to manufacturing until payment is received in full.
Failure to submit payment may result in:
· Order delays
· Order cancellation
· Loss of drawing fees
R2Ro reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders at its discretion.
Production and Delivery
Estimated manufacturing and delivery timelines are typically 10–15 business days after drawing approval and deposit payment. Timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Cabinets are delivered fully assembled and palletized. Delivery includes unloading and bringing cabinets into the home or job site.
R2Ro is not responsible for delays caused by:
· Incomplete approvals
· Payment issues
· Site access limitations
· Weather or third-party delivery factors
Installation Responsibility
R2Ro does not provide installation services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installers are responsible for:
· Site preparation
· Installation
· Final fit and finish
· Compliance with local building codes
R2Ro is not liable for installation errors or job site damage.
Verified Installer Program
Participation in the Verified Installer program is optional and subject to approval.
Verification provides access to additional tools and benefits but does not alter responsibility for measurements, approvals, or installation.
R2Ro reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time.
Warranty
Hardware includes a lifetime replacement warranty (replacement only, no installation).
Cabinet boxes and doors carry a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
· Installation errors
· Measurement errors
· Normal wear and tear
· Damage caused by misuse, moisture, or site conditions
Intellectual Property
All website content, drawings, images, text, and materials are the property of R2Ro and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2Ro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes to Terms
R2Ro may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
